LEFTO offers a 10-day refund window for first-time purchases of paid subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase, you may request a full refund within 10 calendar days from the date of the first payment.
This refund policy applies only to the initial subscription purchase. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.
To request a refund, contact support@leftowallet.com and include the email address used for the purchase, your Paddle transaction details if available, and the reason for your request.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund claims.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through our checkout.
